- Claim of Right of Way at Tonclwda. Waiting due process from Welsh Assembly
- Moses Row – Environmental Issues. Property owner has been prosecuted. NPT Cl Officers will visit the property in the New Year and if considered that conditions still fall short of satisfactory standards, legal enforcement will continue.
- Drainage Rear of Wellfield – Cllr D W Davies has provided the NPT Drainage Officer with video evidence of the drainage issue impacting on a property at Wellfield. Await feedback from officer
- Community Policing – Chair and Clerk had participated in police parking survey of the community and received a verbal report from the officers. Speed scoping exercises to be resumed in the New Year, when staff are available.
- Drainage Issue at 6 Hill St – Property owner has been warned that unless action is taken to resolve the issue, enforcement action will be taken
- Roadside seats cannot be financed from 2016/17
- Street Lighting Access to Clyne Terr. Problems continue in making the necessary improvements. Landowner reluctant to provide wayleave
- Clerk’s Pension
- Improved heating at Clyne Community Hall funded by Ffynnon Oer £2,000 grant
- ROSPA report – Clerk continues to monitor the conditions at both parks within the community and when the weather improves will undertake the maintenance issues raised in the report.
- AOB: Overhanging trees at Moses Row in need of lopping Report to NPT Cllr D W Davies for action.
